For example, if one plans a trip to Goa, then the total amount of hotel plus flight ticket booking is 50000. The amount can be converted into a 12-month EMI structure at the rate of 14%, after which the amount to be repaid every month is Rs 4489.

Suppose someone has to buy a plot and its total cost is Rs.9 lakhs. And if you do not have cash then you can take personal loan of Rs.350000 for 2 years with 12% interest then your monthly EMI will come to 16476.
